Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and design systems

- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research
- Experience with agile development methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale
