Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize recruiting strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Austin tech market and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
