Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and direct sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate personas.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting within the Software Industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill positions and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) effectively.
- Strong network within the Bay Area tech community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of organization.
