Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting (screening, interviewing, and closing) for software engineering and data science roles.
- Optimize recruitment pipelines and job descriptions using SEO best practices to increase organic visibility.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search and ATS systems (Greenhouse/Leverage) to source passive candidates.
- Conduct technical screening calls to assess candidate proficiency in JavaScript, Python, AWS, and cloud architectures.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to talent acquisition (bonus points!).
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
