Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end direct hire recruitment strategies for technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, Product).
- Manage and optimize our company’s technical SEO portfolio, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive candidate screenings and technical interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improving site crawlability and indexing.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to align hiring funnels with SEO keyword strategies.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards to maximize reach and visibility.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a hybrid role combining recruiting and digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the Denver, CO tech job market and direct hiring practices.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid office environment.
