Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and business goals.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, React, Cloud, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
