Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Coordinating interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
