We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our direct hire team in New York. This is a night shift position dedicated to sourcing and placing top-tier talent for our enterprise clients. As a night shift recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition pipeline, ensuring that candidate engagement continues seamlessly while our daytime operations are active.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and job boards.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews during the night shift hours.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial contact to offer extension.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Building a strong talent pipeline for future direct hire needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with direct hire placements.
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates remotely.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
