Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and improve time-to-hire.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely feedback and transparent communication.
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Workday) to track metrics and optimize hiring funnels.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven success in placing candidates in software development, IT, or engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
