Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through advanced search techniques, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conducting in-depth technical screenings and competency assessments for developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for key technical roles.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Providing market insights and recruitment strategy recommendations to optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Consultant (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment with high attention to detail.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
