Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and build effective interview panels.
- Experience Management: Deliver a world-class candidate experience through timely communication, professional feedback, and a streamlined interview process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and current technology stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
