Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS and CRM platforms
- Optimize candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in IT/tech roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques for hard-to-find engineering talent
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for software, data, and security roles
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent hiring demands while maintaining quality standards
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CSP) or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
