Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent for technical roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates and expand our talent pool.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term relationships.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing feedback to stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate movement to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, IT recruiting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software development life cycles and experience recruiting for roles in web, mobile, or data engineering.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
