What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify high-quality talent for open technical roles.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interview loops between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage ATS: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate: Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skillset: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a hunger to learn and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Research: Comfortable conducting deep-dive research on companies and industries.
