Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for direct hire technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events in DC and Florida markets.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire pipeline from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for weekly performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Demonstrated success in placing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely or hybrid within the Washington DC area.
