Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screening resumes and conducting technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates within the Denver tech community.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to track candidate progress and metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably within the software or IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
