Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and employer branding
- Implement diversity initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment KPIs and improve processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring for tech startups/enterprises
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, React, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS implementation and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
