Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select high-quality candidates for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean search techniques, and social media (LinkedIn) to identify passive talent.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business goals.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer branding in Tucson.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience is accepted).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the IT/Engineering sector.
- Proven expertise in sourcing for software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity roles.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
