Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Management).
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous hiring for open requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and success metrics.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer extension.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT and Software industry.
- Proven ability to source and place hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
