Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for international and domestic tech professionals moving to Anaheim
- Coordinate with immigration attorneys, visa specialists, and housing providers to ensure compliance and smooth transitions
- Act as primary relocation consultant for assigned tech clients, providing personalized guidance throughout the relocation lifecycle
- Develop cost-effective relocation strategies balancing budget constraints with candidate experience expectations
- Collaborate with HR departments at partner tech companies to align relocation policies with talent acquisition goals
- Track relocation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback analytics
- Train and mentor junior relocation specialists on tech-specific relocation protocols and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 5+ years in corporate relocation management
- Proven experience managing relocation programs for tech/engineering candidates in the US market
- Expert knowledge of US immigration processes (H1B, L1, O1 visas) and state-specific relocation regulations
- Advanced negotiation skills with vendors, landlords, and service providers in Southern California
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities with multilingual tech professionals
- SHRM-SCP or GMS relocation certification preferred
