Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and present top-tier candidates to hiring managers with precision.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future growth.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the Bay Area.
- Proven ability to source and place hard-to-fill technical talent.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
