- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration services
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Develop customized relocation plans based on family needs
- Conduct virtual city tours and neighborhood orientations
- Track relocation KPIs and optimize processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Texas real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
