Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize hiring events across Illinois and Florida markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with 50+ companies to align recruitment needs with event design
- Manage end-to-end logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and technology integration
- Recruit and train 50+ event staff and volunteers for seamless candidate experiences
- Implement data-driven post-event analysis to measure ROI and refine recruitment strategies
- Create compelling marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent pools across digital and traditional channels
- Leverage recruitment technology to streamline candidate screening and matching processes
- Collaborate with HR departments to ensure event outcomes align with hiring objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in event management, recruitment, or talent acquisition with proven success in hiring events
- Expertise in logistics planning, vendor management, and budget oversight for large-scale events
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, virtual event platforms)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executives and entry-level candidates
- Experience designing data-driven recruitment strategies with measurable KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in marketing automation and social media campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
