Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics of on-site hiring events, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Apex Talent Solutions professionally, engaging with potential candidates to build our talent pipeline.
- Data Management: Accurately enter candidate data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) immediately following events.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event coordination preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and clarity.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
