Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for relocating candidates nationwide
- Coordinate relocation packages including housing, moving logistics, and community resources
- Build relationships with corporate partners to understand relocation needs
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized skill sets
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments remotely/on-site
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for relocated employees
- Track relocation program metrics and optimize processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with relocation program management
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Strong knowledge of relocation industry best practices and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
