- Build and maintain robust candidate networks using advanced sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive teams
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies for 30%+ time-to-fill reduction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in California's tech ecosystem
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, React, AWS, ML/AI)
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit
- Certified in ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever
- Experience scaling recruitment processes for Series B+ startups
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related technical field
