What You Will Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products and mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring).
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
