The Role
In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital footprint to drive organic traffic while simultaneously managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our engineering and marketing teams. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.
- Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and adjust recruitment funnels for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-optimized job descriptions and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and employment laws.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in technical recruiting or human resources is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
