- Coordinate home-finding services, school searches, and community orientation
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting for 50+ monthly cases
- Build relationships with real estate partners and service providers
- Utilize our proprietary CRM to track case progress and client satisfaction
- Train junior specialists on relocation best practices
- Develop innovative solutions for complex relocation challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR mobility management
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Deep knowledge of Baltimore housing markets and school districts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
