Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end relocation packages for domestic/international transferees
- Coordinate with vendors for moving services, temporary housing, and destination counseling
- Manage relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Conduct needs assessments for employees and families
- Develop relocation policy recommendations aligned with industry best practices
- Track relocation metrics and ROI analysis
- Mentor junior relocation specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate relocation management
- CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation preferred
- Expertise in domestic/international relocation logistics
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Advanced proficiency in relocation software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
