As a key member of our HR Operations team, you'll design and execute seamless relocation experiences for new hires across the nation. We provide industry-leading relocation support including moving stipends, temporary housing assistance, and destination services. Perfect candidates will thrive in autonomous environments and possess deep expertise in domestic relocation logistics.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end relocation packages for remote employees moving to Houston and beyond
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate agents, temporary housing providers)
- Develop personalized relocation plans including cost analysis and timeline management
- Conduct destination orientation sessions covering Houston neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Manage relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide ongoing support to relocating employees throughout the transition process
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve program effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR operations
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of domestic relocation best practices and IRS regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in virtual client consultations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities
- Experience with relocation software platforms (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and cost forecasting
- Deep familiarity with Houston's housing market and community resources
