Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate transferees moving to Charlotte, NC
- Coordinate with vendors (movers, realtors, temporary housing) to ensure seamless transitions
- Conduct virtual home-finding tours and neighborhood consultations remotely
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with precision
- Provide ongoing support and cultural integration guidance for relocating employees
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes for client satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with corporate relocation policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR experience with proven relocation package management
- Expertise in Charlotte, NC real estate market and neighborhood dynamics
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport virtually
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
