Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including moving logistics, housing assistance, and school transitions for relocating employees
- Act as primary liaison between corporate clients, employees, and relocation vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cost-of-living adjustments and cultural integration needs
- Manage relocation budgets and provide detailed financial analysis for client reporting
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and relocation policy standards
- Utilize proprietary relocation software to track case progress and generate client reports
- Train junior specialists on best practices in relocation management and client service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation or employee mobility programs
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in managing complex domestic and international relocations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, GMAC)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record for home visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for urgent cases
