Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for transferees and their families across domestic and international assignments
- Coordinate housing services, logistics, and destination orientation programs
- Develop and implement customized relocation policies aligned with client needs and budget constraints
- Act as primary point of contact for transferees, providing expert guidance and emotional support
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements
- Maintain compliance with immigration regulations and relocation industry standards
- Collaborate with vendors, HR partners, and relocation service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 3 years of corporate relocation or mobility experience
- Proven expertise in managing complex domestic and international relocation cases
- Strong knowledge of relocation policies, tax implications, and immigration requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and site visits
