Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for corporate transferees
- Coordinate logistics including housing, transportation, and school transitions
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Provide exceptional client communication throughout relocation lifecycle
- Track and optimize relocation program budgets and metrics
- Train relocation coordinators on industry best practices
- Develop innovative solutions for complex relocation scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience
- CRM proficiency (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Relocation certification (GMS or ARP designation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
- Knowledge of Charlotte housing market and resources
- Valid US driver's license with clean record
