Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate housing searches, lease negotiations, and temporary accommodations
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precision
- Partner with HR to create seamless onboarding experiences
- Develop relocation policy improvements and vendor relationships
- Provide cultural integration support for international assignees
- Track relocation metrics and optimize program ROI
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR administration
- Proven experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities in complex relocation scenarios
- Knowledge of Reno's housing market and community resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
