Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming professionals
- Coordinate housing searches and neighborhood tours
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration
- Develop customized relocation plans based on employee needs
- Partner with third-party vendors for moving services
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support during transition periods
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven experience with relocation package administration
- Deep knowledge of Portland's neighborhoods and resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP) preferred
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
