Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive relocation packages for incoming and outgoing employees
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate agents, temporary housing providers)
- Develop customized relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Provide guidance on housing market trends, school districts, and community integration
- Implement and track relocation program KPIs to continuously improve service quality
- Train and mentor junior relocation specialists on best practices and compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout the transition process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR administration
- CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex relocation programs (50+ moves annually)
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveHQ)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate relocation metrics and ROI
