Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for incoming employees to Jersey City, including housing assistance and school searches
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precision and transparency
- Build strong relationships with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide personalized relocation counseling and cultural integration support
- Track and analyze relocation program metrics to continuously improve service delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees throughout their transition period
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation logistics in the NYC metro area
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Deep knowledge of Jersey City housing market, schools, and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
