Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Manage logistics for employee moves across state and international borders
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, real estate agents, and service providers
- Conduct needs assessments to create personalized relocation plans
- Provide cultural orientation and neighborhood tours for relocating families
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Act as primary point of contact for all relocation-related inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or human resources
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveMobility)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
