Responsibilities

- Coordinate with third-party vendors for housing, transportation, and logistics
- Manage relocation budgets exceeding $50K per assignment
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration support
- Track relocation KPIs and optimize program effectiveness
- Act as primary point of contact during relocation transitions
- Develop relocation policy improvements based on employee feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation management or HR mobility
- Proven experience with complex international and domestic relocations
- CERP (Certified Employee Relocation Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of DC metro housing market and resources
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Strong analytical abilities with relocation cost modeling experience
