- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for domestic and international transferees
- Coordinate moving services, temporary housing, and destination logistics
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration support
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
- Maintain detailed relocation case documentation in CRM systems
- Analyze relocation program metrics and recommend process improvements
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees during relocation transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- SHRM or GMS certification preferred
