Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end relocation programs for corporate clients and their employees
- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integration services
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
- Provide personalized consultation and support throughout relocation journeys
- Track relocation metrics and continuously optimize program effectiveness
- Develop relocation policy documentation and training materials
- Act as primary liaison between clients, employees, and relocation partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR experience with relocation program management
- Proven track record in negotiating vendor contracts and managing relocation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate sensitive relocation scenarios
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Strong proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Deep knowledge of St. Louis housing market, schools, and community resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
