Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate clients moving to New Orleans
- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integration services
- Manage relocation budgets and negotiate with service providers (movers, realtors, etc.)
- Conduct pre-move consultations and post-move follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance relocation offerings
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports for leadership
- Mentor junior specialists on regional resources and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR consulting
- Proven track record in managing complex relocation cases
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certification in Relocation (CRP or GMS) preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
