Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for transferees and their families
- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integration resources
- Manage relocation budgets, expense reimbursements, and vendor partnerships
- Provide cultural adaptation guidance and local Columbus market expertise
- Develop innovative solutions for complex relocation challenges
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and corporate relocation policies
- Track key metrics and continuously improve relocation program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects with HR, real estate, and logistics teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- Proven expertise in managing complex relocation budgets and logistics
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of Columbus neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client trust
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
