Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for incoming executives and their families
- Manage housing search assistance, temporary accommodations, and lease negotiations
- Facilitate school enrollment and childcare solutions for relocating families
- Partner with immigration specialists for visa and documentation support
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cultural and logistical needs
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate relocation or HR experience
- Proven track record managing complex relocation cases
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of Orange County housing markets and resources
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Experience creating tailored relocation budgets and expense tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
