- Coordinate housing searches and temporary accommodations
- Develop customized relocation plans for diverse client needs

- Provide cultural orientation and community resources
- Track budgets and maintain client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with relocation management software
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte housing market
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
