Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized relocation plans for incoming corporate professionals
- Coordinate housing searches, lease negotiations, and property viewings
- Facilitate school enrollment and research community resources
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Provide ongoing support during transition periods
- Track relocation metrics and optimize service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of Baton Rouge housing market and community resources
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with relocation management software
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
