Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end relocation programs for corporate clients and their employees
- Coordinate housing services, temporary accommodations, and school searches
- Facilitate visa processing and immigration documentation support
- Conduct cultural training and community integration workshops
- Manage relocation budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Provide 24/7 support during transition periods
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR mobility services
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Expertise in US immigration processes and visa requirements
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with relocation technology platforms (e.g., Relocation Management Systems)
- Proven track record in managing complex relocation budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
