- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for 50+ high-net-worth professionals annually
- Coordinate housing searches, school placements, and community integration services
- Develop customized relocation budgets and expense management plans
- Partner with real estate agents, moving companies, and local service providers
- Act as primary point of contact for relocation candidates throughout transition period
- Track relocation metrics and implement process improvements
- Conduct cultural orientation sessions for international transferees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate relocation or high-end moving coordination
- Proven expertise in San Francisco housing market and neighborhood dynamics
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in high-pressure situations
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker)
- Ability to manage complex logistics across multiple time zones
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
